When you can't be there, we are.
Trusted local help and companionship for your parents in Kota — hospital visits, medicines, bank work, and someone who simply sits with them. You hear from us after every visit.
हर बुज़ुर्ग का अपना परिवार
The first visit is a free introduction and needs-assessment conversation — no payment and no commitment. We're starting in Kota with a small number of families, so you'll deal with us directly.
“Papa ko aaj doctor ke paas le gaye. Sugar theek hai. Reports attached.”
An update after every visitThe things that can't be done over a phone call.
You call every day. You send money. And still, most of it waits for someone to physically be there.
“Papa's reports were ready on Tuesday. Nobody could collect them until Saturday.”
“The bank wants Maa to come in person for KYC. She's 74 and won't go alone.”
“The neighbours have helped four times this year. I've run out of ways to thank them.”
You aren't a bad son or daughter. You're just not in the same city. That's the gap we fill.
FOR FAMILIES LIVING AWAY
You don't need another app. You need to know your parents are okay.
When work, distance or another city keeps you away, small things become difficult to manage — a doctor appointment, a report to collect, a bank visit, or simply making sure someone checked in. Family Bandhan gives your parents local, human support and gives you a clear update after the visit.
What we do, week after week
Every membership covers the list below. Your parents use what they need, when they need it.
Doctor & hospital visits
Booking appointments, escorting them there and back, and help through admission and discharge.
Reports, medicines & tests
Collecting reports, monthly pharmacy runs, and arranging sample pickup at home.
Bank, pension & paperwork
KYC, life certificate, post office, Aadhaar updates and municipal office queues.
Everyday errands
Groceries, bill payments, gas booking, and finding a repairman who actually turns up.
Outings & occasions
Temple, park, weddings and family functions — with company, not alone in a cab.
Travel assistance
Railway station and airport pickup and drop, luggage, and help right up to boarding.
Emergency coordination
If something goes wrong, we coordinate the response, contact you promptly, and — subject to team availability — arrange or provide in-person support.
Regular check-ins
A fixed visit and a fixed call, whether or not anything needs doing. Mostly just to talk.
How it works
A free home visit
We come to your parents' home, listen to what they actually need, and let them ask us anything. No cost, no commitment.
You pick a plan
Monthly or annual, in your name, paid by you. Move up or down a plan whenever things change.
One person, not a call centre
Your parents get one assigned coordinator who comes every time, learns their routine, and knows their doctor.
You stay in the loop
A short WhatsApp note with photos after every visit, and a proper call with you whenever you want one.
The questions you'd ask about anyone entering your parents' home.
We're new, and the team is small. That's exactly why we can answer these plainly.
We know everyone on the team
ID, permanent address and references are checked before anyone visits a home. The team is small enough that we introduce each person to you ourselves.
We don't touch their cash
Payments are made digitally against your approval, with a receipt sent to you.
You get our own numbers
The coordinator who visits, and the person running Family Bandhan. You reach us directly, not a helpdesk.
Every visit is on record
Date, time, what was done, photos, money spent. You can ask for the full history any time.
Your parents can say no
If they aren't comfortable with someone, we change the person. No explanation needed from them.
No lock-in
Stop whenever you like. No notice period, and anything you've paid for and not used comes back to you.
One membership, one price
No tiers, no upgrades, no arguing about what's covered. Pay from anywhere, stop whenever you need to.

Questions families ask us
Who actually comes to the house?
Someone from our own small Kota team, whose ID and references we've checked — not a freelancer found that morning. You'll get their name, photo and number before the first visit.
What happens in a real emergency?
Call us and we will coordinate the next steps, contact you promptly, and — subject to team availability — arrange in-person support or hospital accompaniment. We are not an ambulance, emergency medical provider, or 24×7 guaranteed-response service.
My parents don't want “outside help”.
Most don't, at first. That's why the first visit is a conversation, not a service. Start small — just the weekly call — and add more only if they take to the person.
Do you handle their money?
No cash from your parents. Spending happens against your written approval, digitally, with a receipt to you.
Which parts of Kota do you cover?
Kota city and nearby areas, subject to availability. If your parents live slightly outside, tell us where — we'll say yes or no honestly rather than take the money and struggle.
Are you a nursing or medical service?
No. We are companionship and coordination. We take your parents to the doctor and bring back the reports; we don't give injections or medical advice.
